More Dead Chickens

My Christmas present from my chickens each year seems to be that my favourites die.  Last year was Eddie, sweet, soft Eddie, and this year was tiny Toby and Hal.  How did this happen?  I moved into a campsite that was swimming with trash.  I worked so hard raking it all out that I BROKE THE RAKE.  Finally got another rake, and was working hard to get the project done before Christmas so I could spend it with my family, but it just wasn't happening.  Finally a camp mate said they'd take over the project and it would be done in three days time.  WELL GUESS WHAT.  It WASN'T done, and the chickens GOT OUT AND ATE SOMETHING THAT POISONED AND KILLED THEM.

I've been trying to adopt out the boys on Craigslist, but recently someone has been relentlessly emailing me and flagging my posts, saying that I'm "clearly on drugs" and "lying to everyone" about what I'm doing and how I'm doing it, so I can't even use that to rehome the birds now!  I really, really NEED to get down to just Bo, Bowser, Monster, Cheswick, and Streaker so that I don't EVER have to rely on someone else to watch the birds again.  I NEED homes for these chickens, but I seem to be being blocked wherever I go.  I refuse to give up and go to the auction, but this is ridiculous!
